Hi, my name is Jen.

I have worked with many clients who have suffered the debilitating effects of poorly treated Metabolic Syndrome which has resulted in various conditions such as stroke, cardiovascular disease, dementia, progressive neurological conditions and various mental health conditions to name a few, which affect functioning in all areas of life.

As an OT, I focus on a holistic, client-centred practice to achieve client goals. The knowledge that I have gained from the Nutrition Network has enabled me to take this further and coach clients in health promotion and prevention of disease which can assist them in improving their participation in tasks and activities that are meaningful and purposeful to them.

I support clients in optimising their physical and cognitive health through proper nutritional education and lifestyle management strategies as part of a holistic rehabilitation approach to improve their physical and neurological functioning.

Jennifer Brueton Occupational Therapy was established in 2015 as an outpatient Neuro Occupational Therapy practice in Glen Austin, Midrand. Since then we have grown and secured ourselves firmly in the healthcare sector and have helped many clients achieve their goals for an independent life.

We provide Occupational Therapy to clients at Midstream Mediclinic, Midrand, Midstream Estate and Centurion. We also perform home visits to clients in the surrounding areas who are unable to get to our rooms.

We are contracted to most medical schemes and charge 100% medical aid rates.
