My approach is grounded in nearly 20 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, combined with advanced training in neuroscience and metabolic health.

 

I focus on how the brain, hormones, habits, and metabolism interact — especially after 40 — so we address the real drivers of fatigue, cravings, and stubborn weight gain, not just the symptoms.

My Story

For almost two decades, I worked hands-on with people rebuilding their lives after neurological injuries — helping them restore their cognitive function, regain independence, and return to a meaningful life. Again and again, I saw how profoundly the brain and body respond when metabolic health is restored.

 

That realisation changed everything.

I combined my clinical background in Occupational Therapy with advanced training in neuroscience and metabolic therapies to create an approach that supports the body and the brain simultaneously — because lasting transformation requires both.

 

Today, I help women over 40 lose weight sustainably, break free from fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and metabolic dysfunction so they can feel energised, clear, confident, and fully alive again.

The core of the Ultimate Metabolic Makeover program is our weekly 1:1 coaching sessions.

 

This can be done entirely online, through private virtual coaching sessions via Zoom. My clients come from all over Southern Africa.
