My Story
For almost two decades, I worked hands-on with people rebuilding their lives after neurological injuries — helping them restore their cognitive function, regain independence, and return to a meaningful life. Again and again, I saw how profoundly the brain and body respond when metabolic health is restored.
That realisation changed everything.
I combined my clinical background in Occupational Therapy with advanced training in neuroscience and metabolic therapies to create an approach that supports the body and the brain simultaneously — because lasting transformation requires both.
Today, I help women over 40 lose weight sustainably, break free from fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and metabolic dysfunction so they can feel energised, clear, confident, and fully alive again.
